We are not liable for the actions, omissions, or services provided by third parties, and any disputes should be resolved directly with them.

2. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Med Admin shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• • Business interruption or downtime
• • Damage to goodwill or reputation

Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to these terms or our services shall not exceed the fees paid by you to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

3. Exclusion of Consequential Damages

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages. In such jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the greatest extent permitted by law. These limitations apply regardless of the legal theory on which claims are based.

If negotiations fail to resolve the dispute within thirty days, either party may pursue formal dispute resolution through mediation or arbitration as mutually agreed, or through litigation in the appropriate courts.

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.
